“COUPLING FOR SINGLE PEOPLE”
MEDITATION X ATTACHMENT™ FOR RELATIONSHIPS

SF DHARMA COLLECTIVE
2701 FOLSOM ST. SF, CA 94110

Join us for this special daylong intensive on collaborative relationship skills for single people. Using British anthropologist Robin Dunbar’s research on stable relationships, and John Bowlby’s teachings about Attachment Theory, combined with ancient Buddhist meditation techniques, we’ll take a close look at why patterns emerge in relationships and how that can lead to primary relationships that aren’t as stable as we’d like them to be. This class is open to anyone and everyone regardless of orientation, preferences, etc.

Registration is not required for this drop-in class, however, if you plan to attend, we ask that you RSVP to help us plan and so we can send you relevant course materials. Suggested dana (donation) is $40-$120 per class, which can be contributed in person, or online via the form below.

If you wish to participate remotely via webcast, kindly RSVP via the form below to get instructions about how to access it on the day of the intensive.
