    In each session, George Haas will dive into a specific topic on exploration or attachment repair, to support your continued development beyond the Level One and Two programs you’ve completed.

    This is also designed to support you in deepening skills, if you’re receiving 1.1 meditation mentorship.

    You’ll also get to ask your questions and share your practice reports. Receive teacher support, compassionate accountability and integrate your experiences, insights and move beyond challenges along the way.

Many with insecure attachment have a muted relationship to joy. This topic invites reconnection with play and aliveness as part of healing and nurturing one's exploration. 

October 24 | Belonging, Community, and the Longing to Be Known

As you grow and earn security, so does the need for authentic connection, belonging and community. Explore how to build nourishing communities and friendships post-repair. If isolation creeps in, how can you get back on track? What are the things that keep us from purusing community and connection with other humans, even when we've done the attachment repair work? 

August 22 | Conflict as Connection: Secure Repair in Real Time

Teach the group how to lean into conflict informed by secure attachment, and use it as a path toward deeper intimacy, rather than something to avoid or escalate.

November 28 | Attachment and Ambition: Navigating Drive Without Dysregulation or Dissociation

How early attachment wounds shape our relationship to success, productivity, and perfectionism — and how to pursue goals from a grounded, connected place. How can we stay in touch with our authentic exploration, and not get swept up by secondary exploration or other pursuits that don't align with our true self?

September 26 | How to Prevent Spiritual Bypassing on the Attachment Repair Journey

This topic helps discern between dissociation masked as spirituality or growth, and true secure presence, insight and repair. How do you discern for yourself what the underlying motivation is in your meditation practice? What are the warning signs to look out for? 

December 26 | Developing Relational Boundaries without Guilt or Fear

A continuation of emotional regulation and relationship work: practicing boundary-setting as an act of love and self-advocacy, not disconnection or avoidance. As we repair our attachment, how does boundary setting come up in our familial, platonic, romantic and professional relationships? How can we maintain boundaries without getting swept up in dysregulation, guilt or fear? How can boundaries serve us on our continued path of life?

I’m George Haas, and I’m glad you’re here.

I’m Founding Teacher of Mettagroup, an organization committed to helping people heal their attachment injury, be more secure and live a truly meaningful life.

I had a lot of difficulties in my early life, and there was no way to get people to help me with them.

Today, my main drive in offering the Meditation x Attachment program series is simple…

It’s payback. Not the revenge-type. My mission today is to pay it forward, honoring the people who helped me save my life.

Over the last 40 years, I have accumulated this knowledge about how to heal attachment injury (through both learning and experience). My mission in this program (and at Mettagroup at large) is to share this blueprint in a distilled, manageable way so that people don’t need to go through years of confusion and suffering like I did.

Within 40 to 150 sessions, studies show that you can go from insecure attachment to securely attached. That’s profound, swift results (we’re talking ~ 3 years). I spent most of my life (5 decades) exhaustively exploring all the wrong paths, so it’s my true honor to share what’s worked for me and hundreds of my clients, with long-lasting and life-enhancing effects.

  • No problem! We understand that life happens. You’ll have access to the replays for 60 days after the live, during your active membership. If you cancel your membership, you lose access to the course library.

  • Kaleidoscope does not include 1.1 sessions. However, at Mettagroup, we do offer private sessions with George Haas and other practitioners.

  • Commonly referred to as "mindfulness," Vipassanā meditation is focused on living more peacefully, compassionately and wisely. Derived from the Theravada school of Buddhism, the techniques are widely acknowledged as effective ways to manage pain, stress, compulsiveness and are often used in conjunction with psychotherapy.

  • You have access during your active membership. If you cancel your membership or decide not to renew the 6-month package, you will lose access to the course library.

  • No. We cannot tell you what your attachment strategy is without an Adult Attachment Interview.
